The promoter of this refer-a-friend scheme (the “Scheme”) is smol Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 10626548 with registered office at Griffin House, 135 High Street, Crawley RH10 1DQ (“smol Ltd”). These Terms govern the Scheme and apply to both Referrers and Friends (both as described below).

how to take part

Upon signing up for a smol plan and becoming a referrer (“Referrer”) you will be given a unique web link (“Referral Link”) via your online account to share with an unlimited number of friends and family (“Friends”) who are not already smol customers. In order to benefit from this Scheme, Friends must use the Referral Link to purchase the smol home bundle which includes a £6 discount and start their own ongoing smol plans.

who can participate

This Scheme is for referrals to new UK customers only and is not applicable when the Friend is, or has at some previous time, been a customer with smol. Each Friend can only use the Scheme once.

qualifying referrals

A qualifying referral occurs when a Friend successfully purchases a smol home bundle with its £6 discount and its ongoing associated smol plans. The “Reward” for the Referrer will be £6 credited to their smol account. You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address. This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

smol Ltd reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the Scheme and/or review and revise these Terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be published on smolproducts.com website.

smol Ltd will withhold Rewards if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. All decisions made by smol Ltd are final.
