smolcircle summer competition: terms & conditions

By entering this competition (the “Competition”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter (as defined below) about the Competition form part of these terms and conditions.

the promoter

The promoter of this Competition is smol Ltd (the “Promoter”) registered in England and Wales under company number 10626548 with registered office at The Portland Building, 27-28 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN1 1RB.

eligibility

• This Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees or agents of the Promoter, their families or households, or anyone professionally connected to this Competition, are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

prize (maximum 20 x winners to be drawn – 1 x prize per winner)

• Prize: 1 x starter pack of smol outdoorsy fabcon, 1 x carton of smol bloomin’ lovely fabcon refill, 1 carton of smol cosy fabcon refill, including delivery to winner’s choice of address

competition period

• The Competition runs and entries will be permitted from 29.08.25 at 00:01 to 12.09.25 at 11:59pm (the “Competition Period”).

entry

• To enter the Competition, Participants must do the following:
  a) Follow the URL link provided within the smol email (help@smolproducts.com) 
  b) Select the relevant answer to the questions
  C) Click submit
• No postal entry equivalent to this Competition is available.
• Multiple entries per person are not permitted.

winner selection

• After the Competition Period, 20 x winners will be chosen at random from all compliant entries.
• Winners will be notified on or before 30.09.25 at 11:59
• The Promoter will contact the winners via their smol account email address
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
• No correspondence or discussions will be entered into regarding the winner selection. All decisions taken by the Promoter are final and binding.

privacy and data protection

• The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Competition and for no other purpose.
• Other than for the purposes of operating the Competition, Participant details will not be used for any promotional purpose nor passed to any third party.

general

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Competition whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Competition at its discretion and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.
• The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for:
  a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures;
  b) any late entries;
  c) any disruptions, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its control.
• By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition or prize, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• The reward is non-transferable, cannot be resold or exchanged, and has no cash value.

governing law

• This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
• Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this Competition.
